3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Missing components
  • Different from what was ordered

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of:

  • Packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Product condition

After verification, we may provide:

  • Replacement product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

No additional cost will be charged to the customer for approved claims.

4. Change of Mind Returns

Customers may return eligible products within the return period even if they simply change their mind.

Returned items must remain in resalable condition.

Refunds may be reduced if returned products arrive with excessive wear, missing components, or damaged packaging beyond normal inspection.

5. Refund Processing
